ACCORD Corporation's Allegany Business Center (ABC) is part of the ACCORD Corporation Business and Community Development Division (BCDD). This division administers the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program (EAP) Center, an eleven-station computer laboratory, Allegany Community Development Service Inc. (ACDSI), and the Vehicle Loan Program (Wheels to Work). The EAP Center's intensive program of training and technical assistance offers new entrepreneurs:
